94 tigershark is not staying in full throttle
i just got a 94 tigershark this past weekend. I changed the fuse out and put a new battery in. it runs fine beside it boging out. I open it full throttle and it will plane fine then all the sudden it will bog out. what can i do to fix it. please help me.
