Hello, I bought a bucket of parts that came with a 94 Tigershark. I am going to put it back together starting tomorrow. The guy had the engine rebuilt and never put it back in do to an accident. My question is how do I start it afterwards? Can I do it out if water?
I know outboards you need a barrel or attachment for the hose.
