1998 Kawasaki 1100 STX
What is the best/easiest method to turn the engine over by hand? I have two 1998 Kawasaki 1100 STX ski's. One runs great, the other will not turn over. May be a short at the starter, stater may have shorted because of a seized engine. I would like to start troubleshooting but I am new to PWC. I have the repair manuals but it does not show the best method.
