I've burned 3 tanks of gas, 1 with a can of Sea Foam and it still seems to do it.
I don't know what it could be and I thought maybe it would "burn off" but no luck yet. Like said it runs nice and smoothe at 50Kmh (3/4 throttle) but when you give it full throttle it surges to full power for a 2-3 seconds then back down for a few seconds then up again.
I don;t think I'm ready to tackle carburators though....if thats what it is.
