I have a 1995 yamaha wave venture 700 with the motor wvt700t. it tops out at like 43-45 mph, i want to go around 50 but still be able to pull a tube. Anybody got any suggestions, exhaust, impeller, carb, intakes.

cheapest thing to do is an impeller, changing the compression ratio will not exactly make you gain more speed. any machine shop can take a simple .015 off your factory head if you want a little more compression, for about $15. don't go over 150psi

Go with a after market efi system , there is lots of gains to get .
