can any one tell me how to read these ser #s i have takin them to the dealer says they don't match up to any thing they have just tring to find out what model i have so i can get parts and such

kaw641081990 the 1 in the 1990 could be somthing else its different from the first 1 but i have tried L I T every thing i could think of any help here would be great

also it starts some what good and idels ok but no matter what i do it stalls as soon as i give it gas any ideas on what the problem is?
