Hello iam looking to buy a new ski and im looking at a yamaha vxr and a kawasaki ultra 260x in mind they are the same price at my dealership and i ride a 2006 fx crusider HO right now and would like something faster more nimble and just not the bulky feel that my cruiser has thanks.

I have had both a 250 ultra and 260 ultra now have the 300 ultra lx put over 300 hrs on both the 250 and 260 with out any problems . if you can afford it get the 300 ultra gets better on fuel than the 260 in econo mode than 260 with no notable loss in power and the trimable pump makes all the difference in the world in rough water. but the 260 was a very good ski hope this helps
