I found locally what the seller lists as a 94-95 Kawasaki 750cc 3 seater which I believe is the STS model with an aluminum lift and no trailer for $1300. He said the compression for both cylinders is 160lbs.

Some questions...
1. Is the asking price on par?
2. Compression numbers good?
3. Is this a good machine for the price?
4. Any problem areas for this machine to watch out for?
5. Repairs/rebuild expensive for this machine?
6. I have not seen it in person - do they have an hour meter? What is considered high for hours ref. a rebuild?

Thanks to all who answer - I am looking for a machine to ride with my kids on Lake Huron at our cottage.

I tried Kelly Blue Book but the site was down, maybe try later. $1300 seems a little high for a 95 without a trailer. Parts seem cheap and plentiful.

I finally got Kelly Blue Book 's website to work. The retail value of that ski in perfect condition is $1215. Hop this helps.
