Default First day out

Where Im from jet skiing is seasonal and this past weekend has been the only one so far for me that has been of reasonable temperature. Today I cannot walk! I was out for a few hours and the beating it took on me is insane.
All in all, Im convinced I am out of shape. Anybody else have this feeling of getting the shit kicked out of them first time out?

Default IT happens to the best

It dosent matter if your out of shape. you need to keep riding after your pain goes away.

I mostly feel the pain early in the season, if I do any kind of non flat water riding. Any heavy ripple will make the muscles burn the first couple of times out. Like Fastnine said, keep riding, it'll go away...........

Its Funny i spend 4 to 5 days in the gym and still feel some kind of stiffness when i ride for the first time in the summer ...its a differnt kind of pain more like what you feel if you did a long run or somthing ..
