Default Jet Ski interesting question

I recently purchased a 92 Kaw Jet Ski 650, It ran great for a couple weekends and slowly started stalling out when I depressed the throttle, Initially only near full throttle and now has progressed to nothing more than Idle without it stalling. I did realized that if I turned the ski all the way to the right I could do circles at full throttle with it stalling as soon as I straightened out, Thats the interesting part! Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Ryan

Default throttle cable

The throttle cable does have a kink in it near the top, when out of water it doesnt seem to affect the operation whatsoever whether it is turning right left or straight, the throttle on the carb stays in the same place when turning. To me it seems like an electrical problem? It literally just dies, no sputtering, almost as if the kill switch is depressed. If that was the case why would it run idling and only die under power, and why the gradual increase in failing? I am dumbfounded. Any ideas whatsoever would be appreciated. Ryan
