Default jetski virgin

Hi guys, let me buy you all a virtual pint because this may take some time, After riding various motorcycles for twenty odd years, living in the west coast of scotland with the persistant rain , 9 weeks and counting i have bought a 91 superjet, much more fun than my ducati 999 and there is no federal involvement i can fool around as much as i want, or my wallet allows, petrol 119 pence a litre here, but how do you guys make the ski turn whilst standing up? i lean the ski a little, but i hang off motorcycle style, neutral throttle, it ends up with a mouthful of the river clyde ,and i cannot seem to go full throttle it seems to bob? up and down. My apologies for my lack of wording used as i am new to this. et
