Default Need Help....2000 Polaris Slx 1200

I'm having a little problem with my PWC....It runs fine from take-off and then about 20 seconds into full throttle it starts to die out.....acts like it not getting enough fuel....one thing is that I need a new battery.....the one that is on it now is deal....actually had to jump the PWC just to make it start.....so my question is it the weak battery causing this....or stator....or fuel pump....any help will be greatly appreciated thanks....

Is there any troubleshooting I can do to determine if its the fuel pump thats causing this problem and does each carb have its own fuel pump....!!
