Yes I think, now its two parts or it was two parts or god knows what, anyway the part on Babbitts and Yamaha is not available till the end of next month so not even worth looking at at the time being.
that being said Im mind blown how I can not find it on the WWW. dunno what I'm going to do now but try to fix it, glue it , at a layer of plastic on top and tie it very tight and hope it does not cause an issue and works.
whats your thoughts ?

Was hoping it wasn't on the bend. If you cleaned it really good with say gas or better yet laqor thinner. Then maybe use inertube cement and a cut open rubber pipe coupling. You'd have to clean both and rough both up with sand paper. And several clamps on it. Maybe it would hold. Don't know.

Thanks for the info man, ya going to take it to my friend, we are first going to glue it with a very strong glue, than get a piece of round rubber similar (one of the ones I bought that were not the part) put it over it and glue it also and tie it with multi rings on it and then wrap with with strong tap and put it on the ski and take it out ... :) fingers crossed !!!
