I climbed under my ski today to see if I could get a picture of the impeller by sticking the camera up the intake. Now that I can see it on my computer screen - I'm pretty sure it's toast. That would explain my propulsion issue. Does anyone agree/disagree that this needs to be replaced (1994 Sea Doo SP).

it defin. apeears that something got sucked up in there and did some damage. You said it would run but not pick up any speed?

It'll top-out about 30mph with me on it alone, but it takes some time to get up there - it doesn't 'take off' when I hit the throttle, but accelerates a little more gradually. 2 people is not an option, it won't even lift the nose out of the water at full throttle. I think it's time to order a new impeller, wear-ring, and seals?
