Yamaha stick coil interchange???
Does anyone know if yamaha's 4 stroke snowmobile stick coil, will work on the 4 stroke waverunner?
Different part #s but have the same resistance and actual size.
Possibly it recognizes the ECU.
Primary coil resistance:
1.19–1.61 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)
Secondary coil resistance:
8.5–11.5 kΩ at 20 °C (68 °F)
Waverunner part# 6B6-82310-00-00
Snowmobile part# 8FP-82310-00-00
