OMG! Did I seize my 98 Kawasaki 1100 stx? I went to take it for a spin and I notice that the washout valve plug kept coming off when I was accelerating. Then It started to lose power. So then, I re-installed the plug and it worked fine. I was running it at full throttle for about 10 minutes.....and then it shut down completely. With no power at all! The engine seemed hot. I just didn't see much smoke. I'm not sure what happened? Come someone help?

Not sure what the "washout valve plug" is. If it got hot in the engine room under the seat you might have a dying cylinder. My Kawasaki 900zxi did that when the rear cylinder decided it was going to give up all compression.
