i have a 1994 seadoo spx that won't turn over fast enough to start the engine. i can remove the plugs and it turns over fine, i've even removed the rotary valve and tried it with the plugs installed, same thing it turns slowly, remove the plugs and it turns freely any idea's thanks in advance
