I'm trying to figure out the proper way to lubricate the bearing housing.

Under the tool compartment cover I have a zerk fitting attached to a tube which runs down to the bearing housing/impeller.

I have 2 of these boats with approx 60hrs on each. I'm able to do plugs, oil and linkage lubrication. I just don't want to inadvertently blow some seals lubing the impeller.

1. How often do these impellers require grease?
2. How can I determine when I've injected enough grease?
3. Anybody have a link for a repair manual?

Any help from experienced people would be appreciated.

I grease mine while i'm flushing it out after every ride, using marine grease about a half a dozen pumps of it.
