Default Melted exhaust outlet plastic elbow issue

We rent a couple r-12 Aquatrax from our shop. The exhaust outlet elbow right above the jet pump melted twice now. I blew out every water line and didn't find anything that stood out at me. Finally, I pulled the exhaust pipe that goes into the waterbox to check that. There is a water outlet hole down at the bottom of it that was plugged with sand/crud. I had to take the 17mm plug out of the bottom and blow it out. I also made the hole a little larger. If you ever have this problem now you know what to check.

You have to either put a water strainer on the inlet line or make the pee hole larger in the exhaust.

This will continue to happen until you read and follow my thread on PWCTODAY.COM titled "30 minutes can save you thousands". It is a sure solution and necessary maintenance for all Hondas. You also need to read about replacing the fragile cable seal nuts that will break and sink your 'skis.

Sure, enjoy your toy. Once we get some more solid research on the overheating ECUs, I will post it there too.
