Hi Everyone I'am new to this sport and have lots of questions.
1/Purchased used f12x turbo 2004 how do i tell if there is or is not a security code in it and can i change it?
2/ where can you buy a pump to change the oil and how much should i expect to pay?
3/what kind of oil do u need to run in it?

1) The machine will not start if the security code is active. If you have the owner's manual, read it! It will tell you how to change/lock/unlock the code. If you don't have the owner's manual, try to get one (either from the previous owner or online).
2) Check Overtons or West Marine for a pump. Look for Moeller or Pela (they seem to be the best.) These will run you $60-$100. Or, you could buy a cheap hand pump for $20 or so at the nearest Wal-Mart, but they usually leak.
3) I think Honda recommends a GN4 (if my memory serves me correctly), but I run the Amsoil 10W40 Synthetic Marine oil in mine for extra protection.
