Default f12x no power

2003 f12x with 100 hours on it. When it is on the trailer with the seat off it revs just fine but on the water it wont rev up past 4500 . Is there an air filter that im not seeing ?

How about in the water? Is the limiter on? Yes there is an air filter in a large intake box. Check your oil level too......when warm.

there is no air filter in the box it looks like it disintagrated

Check the air inlet side of the turbo to make sure that little turbine can spin freely inside the turbo. If not use a deep 9mm to loosen it. My turbo was stuck and had the same symptoms.

Make sure your always using CRC or something comparable on the turbo. Spray it down well. This will help from the turbo and wastegate sticking on you. I also like to run a can of SeaFoam from time to time in the fuel to help with fouling in the engine and exhaust. Good Stuff.
