My F12X was only running about 30 mph max. I read here it might be my turbo. So, I pulled the turbo out (and my BACK HURTS!!!). I can turn the turbo with my hand, but I cannot spin it. It is not hard to turn, but if I try to spin it, it doesn't spin freely at all. Do I need a new turbo? Is it the bearings? Can I just replace the bearings? I have not torn it down further than the pic you see. Do I need to tear it down further?

Check your waste gate and actuator rod for corrosion which will affect performance by the waste gate sticking open or shut. Look up I guy on here "JRINJAX" he is the resident Honda expert. Good luck ....
