i have a 2006 r12x, the tubro is cutting in and out i think, if i hold it wide open it will be running at about 6300 rpm then it will cut back to about 5200 rpm, then all the sudden it will take off again.....it feels like it is running ok but it keeps doing this, it only has 50hrs. any ideas what could be causing this?????

Yes there is a problem with the actuator rod not functioning right because of corrosion. So more than likely the waste gate is sticking open and shut. You are going to clean and lubricate, and every trip forward.

This causes the ECU to malfunction as well

My 04 F12X does this also, it is usually caused by Heat soak! depending on the octane of your fuel, air temp, and water temp, this will happen. The hotter it is the worse it gets. One way to be sure this is not the problem is to up the octane in your next fill up. try and find some race fuel, 100 octane and mix with 93 premium fuel. If you find that you are able to stay WOT longer then this is your problem. Adding an IC helps immensely and allows the boost to stay on longer.
