Update! I removed the Jet Pump Assembly in my garage instead of taking the aquatrax to a local honda dealership and waiting weeks for repairs. I discovered a piece of plastic wedged between the leading edge of a blade and the surrounding wall. AWESOME! easy repair.

There have also been impellers that have backed off before and will cause loud noises. We torque our inpellers to 105 ft lbs so they stay on.

Update. After honda shop checked it out. It seems to have thrown a rod through the block on the first cylinder. Bad News. The guy i got it from said it was rebuilt at some shop in florida and warranty was about to run out. I dont know which shop in florida. He wont answer his calls. I know for a fact the motor was rebuilt so i will call a few shops in florida and see if i get lucky. Doubt it. May part it out.

It was SBT. Warranty expired 25 days ago. If it would not have sat in the honda shop for a month or if the jacka## would have answered his phone i would be getting a new motor.

Wow thats a shitty deal, I replace alot of seadoo motors from SBT and so far have not had any issues with them. Only problem I have with SBT and seadoo motors is waiting for them, seems their beheind on seadoo or seadoo's just blow alot of motors, I've but in 7 motors in 10 days, so I hope SBT motors are fairly good.

Eric uses a lot of SBT seeedoooo motors and has very good service from them. He just can not understand why they have such a hard time on the Hondas. I would talk to SBT about some concessions.

I cant knock SBT. I think the jacka$$ didnt take care of it. It had a bad leaking low oil pressure sensor and instead of replacing it he just added oil. I am guessing he ran it too low. I am gonna hang on to it for a while until i get the money for a rebuild or part it out.
