Default Good Parts Suppliers for Honda Jetskis?

Hi All,

I need some parts for my 2004 aquatrax F12-X. Does anyone know good parts suppliers for these skis? I have not priced anywhere except for Honda and I would like to compare with third party dealers. Specifically I need fuel injectors and want to see if I can find the same units cheaper elsewhere.

Thanks,
Phil

"Seldom are there problems with Honda's injectors. "

Hello,
The dashboard error code is a "Fuel-Injector No. 4" Fault.
I have not pulled out the fuel injectors nor replaced the no. 4 injector.

Is the fault code actually pointing to a different, common fault I don't know about or a fuel injector replacement/cleaning?

Cheers,
Phil

I don't think the ECU can determine a clogged injector. It can sense a open or shorted injector coil. I would swap the connector from #4 to #3 [if there is enough slack] and see if the fault code moves with it. You have to pull the entire throttle body to change an injector. It is just as likely that the ECU has gone bad, not the injector.
I have been wrong before........

ECU bad, jeez, that could be bad news. How much are those units? How do I get carbs on this engine!?
