Bought a 2007 F-12X last wkend. 35 hrs, extended warranty, just purchased last year, very pleased at what I paid for it.
Took it out some last wkend, and during the week with the 17 yr old son.
Went out today with the wife, wind was STRONG making the waves big. It seemed to take em well. Don't get me wrong, not fun fighting waves when you'd rather be enjoying the ride, but really thought it would beat us to death much worse than it did. Pretty nice ride considering the conditions.
And GREAT mileage. I know the gauge isn't going to be super accurate by any means. But very pleased with mileage.
Just be glad when we get some rain in Texas so we can do some river riding next year.

I've had my aquatrax for a week now and had it out 3 times, and I can' t say enough good things about it.
I know what you mean about waves. Kentucky lake had 4 footers on it yesterday. It wasn't what I would call fun ( I would have 20 years ago) but the ski did great.
The gas milage is UNBELIEVABLE...I've owned just about one of every watercraft and this one is hands down the best on gas...take care and enjoy, we are headed to the lake again

If you do good corrosion control on the Hondas, they are one of the most reliable 'skis there is and get the best gas mileage. They are not fast but a lot of fun....
