Default Wastegate actuator stuck open

I have a 06' F12x it has 71 hrs on it. I bought the ski a month ago and since I have changed spark plug, oil, filter, and WGS. But the ski still only runs 53 mph and 5200 rpm at WOT. I tested wastegate actuator yesterday with the air hose off and the ski did not through the overboost code at high rpm. I think the wastegate actuator is stuck open and caused the ski to run slower at WOT.

The external appearance of the wastegate actuator looked fine no rust on it. I did see some black kind stuff come off at bolt mounting area after I spray it with CRC and rub my finger over it. Is it any proper way to get it unstuck.

Check out a post on PWC TODAY screen name jrinjax, post goes something like this " 30 minutes could save you thousands" if that doesn't work send him a pm . he is the best Honda guy I have seen on here. But Yeah that is a bummer about HONDA turbos. Must be diligent and stay ahead of corrosion.

also from time to time run sea foam in your gas, it works at helping clear carbon in the exhaust. Just my opinion

The WG actuator arm should be able to move using just you fingers. Also you could blow compressed air into the WG's air tube. Just remove the tube at the WG solenoid and watch the arm as you blow the air in. I hope its good. You cannot buy a new WG by itself, Honda will make you purchase the entire turbo assembly... ($$$). Good luck.
