Default F-12X Aquatrax (2004) IDLE ADJUSTMENT

I have 2-2004 f-12x Aquatrax Turbo Jetski's. Both run fine at top end and one is fine at idle, but the other when just sitting in the water starts to struggle and usually will stall. It always restarts. If I keep a little gas on, it is fine, so I think it just needs a little idle adjustment. I cannot locate where the idle adjustment is. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

The idle adjustment is a black knob on a stalk between the left side panel cover and the silver air box. More likely you need a new set of sparkplugs from Advanced Auto Parts at $11 each.
