The battery going dead is a symptom of a bad main relay, which is a problem on every Honda. The fuse might be related to it also.

I think the regulator/rectifier is the problem with the fuse blowing

I agree with Bert. Sounds like the regulator rectifier has packed up. You have to keep the rectifier isolating whenever the main fuse blows.

The rectifier was always the problem before, but recently it was either the main relay or the wiring harness rubbing through the insulation at the front of the valve cover.

Default 06 I think with the same problem

My battery seems to be going dead and I hear a buzzing sound when it's shut of that seems to be coming from the regulator rectifier area. Once the battery is dead the noise is gone. Same problem or something else? Thanks in advance for the help.

The Main relay going bad is a buzzing noise from the very rear of the engine bay.

Default Dead Battery

So I should be looking to replace the main relay rather then then the regulater or should I just replace both at this point?

Thanks again.

Charge the battery and see if the noise is coming from behind the big black electrical box in the rear where the main relay is located.
