Hey guys, I've got a problem. My '03 1100 STX DI sank a few years back and I've rebuilt the engine. Only problem is there's no fuel getting to the engine. If I spray starter fluid under the plugs it fires up just fine, but quits as soon as the starter fluid burns up. I've pulled the fuel pump and checked the connection with a volt meter and it's getting juice. However, it doesn't seem to be actually pumping when I try to start the ski. This makes me think it's the pump; however, I've filled the fuel inlet line and the fuel filter with fuel (essentially bypassing the fuel pump) and I get nothing. Any ideas?

If the pump has juice and is not pumping, the pump is bad. Can you hear the pump at all? If the pump is making noise but has no flow, check the hose that goes to the inlet to the pump and make sure it flows.
