Welcome to the forum! Sounds like the carb needs to be cleaned and rebuilt. It only takes a small piece of debris to cause havoc. Are at the same altitude as where you bought it? A major change in altitude will require rejetting the carb.

thanks for reply,
yes in the same altitude ,i bought it hear in Auckland NZ,and the guy was using it before, all the stickers on the body is in Japanese,to me if its imported probably the jets should been replace in one stage,
so i need to get the a kit to rebuilt the carb, but do you know how to adjust the high and low screws on this model.
another thing is a little bit smoke coming out around the water box wondering if it makes any difference.
thanks

yes your right, clean the carb to day,was some stuff like paste, white color in there, adjust the low screw so its running well on idol, but still if i open the throttle it dies, play with the high screw but couldnt find the right spot, ill take it for a ride tomorrow,it might be better when engine warm up,to find right adjustment,or if you guys know how to adjust that would be great,
another question,is there any part that i need to put grease in,Thanks

You need to fix the waterbox, the exhaust gases in the engine compatment can choke the engine out. I had this happen on a js550, once I repaired the waterbox it was a completely different machine.
