Default 550sx bounces in calm water

hi,its fine with low speed but as soon as i open the throttle a bit more its bouncing,if i put my weight on to the front of jet ski ,it goes fine otherwise its like ridding a horse, another thing is its not sitting level in water, leaning about 5 to10 deg to the right hand side, any idea whats the problem?
thanks

The stand up skis do like to have wieght a little forward or they tend to porpoise or bounce around at speed. The more time you spend on the ski the less you will have to think about eliminating the bounce because you will just automatically shift your weight as needed. The leaning also normal do to the centrifical force of the motor, this is more extreme because the hull is really small on a stand up.

thanks heaps.
i put 2 washers under 2 screws on the back of the plate ,i mean i lever the back of the plate down 3-4 mm and it seems iv got less proposing when ridding, but now there is a gap between the plate and hull,i dont know if it does effect jet ski performing.the only thing i know is plate is weaker now because it s not touching the hull so no good support, if it hit some thing solid might easily break in 2 pieces.
thanks again.

It leans because the exhaust is on that side. You can get an extended ride plate that will help with the bounce, either that or a newer ski. My 800 doesn't bounce at all
