Default Handle Bar bolts-broken off

Anyone out there go to remove their handle bar only to break off all four 10mm bolts? Anyone have solutions on how to get the SS bolts out of the Aluminum bar block?
Also have a broken bolt in the sheared off in the figerglass (bolt holds down the instrument cluster)
Any help would be appreciated.

Get a left handed drill bit, and yes they do exist. They drill in, but they go lefty instead. Once they bite in, your bolts will turn out. Spray some wd-40 or other lube in there and let it soak in till you get the bit
