Please help. First timer. I trying to remove manifold from engine itself. I have the first two peices off easily. but cant get manifold off block.
Nuts are off and tapped with block of wood and hammer. No luck ????

Get a bigger hammer !!
Seriously.... soak it with penetrating fluid, and then use the block & hammer. You can try some heat around the studs.
