Default Kawasaki 800 SX-r

Hello, I have a 800SX-R (2011) and would like to exchange some ideas with you about it.
Currently it has a Factory Wet Pipe 800 (with the original carburetor adjusted for such it) + air filter + pickup blade, but I thing it is still slow. Although torn is very good, the maximum speed is only 72km / h measured on GPS. And consumption is tolerable about 40 minutes per tank.
Just for comparison, I had a 750Sxi (year 95 so now with dual carburetion original) with the following configuration: Factory Wet Pipe + stabilizing plate 750 + pickup paddle + advancement plate + conical air filter + helix Skat-Trak 8-17 wich rode very well. The maximum speed was GPS 88km/h and consumption over 60 min. / Tank.
Is there any other point of regulation that can be improved?
What is the max speeed of a standard Kawasaki 800SX-r? And about consumption?
I wonder what I can add to improve performance without further damaging consumption. Any suggestions?
