just picked up a 900 stx, its pretty clean. motor ran when the guy parked it, and started it once in a while but have a few problems.

he said you have to shoot some brake clean to fire it up and after that it runs fine.

second thing how can i hook some water up to it to run it on the trailer after i get it fired up

3rd, the main fuse keeps popping, pulled the igintion box apart and found that the power relay going into it is shorted, where can i find one at,


and how reliable are these

what do i need to mix the gas at 50:1 or what, i dont want to trust the oil pump thing.

i got it pretty cheap and i dont have to give him the money until i get it running.

ok well i found out that the starter realy is bad, need to get another one of those ????

and i jumped the relay and turned it over and all it does is fill up the cylinders with oil,

i tried to pinch off the oil line going to the pump thing, off the oil reasovior. and it still fills up with oil,

any sugestions ??
