Yeah he's a dumbass...he tried to do the things i do (i have been riding for 3 years) he tipped it over and it filled the engine comp up with water all the way now it wont start, it acts like it wants to, but it wont. i have all the water out of it what do i do???

Stop letting your brother ride it. Then have him go get a cheap house fan and place it over the engine compartment so things will dry out. Open up eveything electrical and on the motor (spark plugs, stator housing, air box). If your not sure what your doing have him get a shop manual while he out getting the fan.

yeah he is never ridding it ever again...we shot all the water out of the plugs and checked to make sure there was no water in the gas(there wasnt) then we were ready to start it up and the battery was dead. so now its charging
