Default Help Carpet in jet pump!

I had a few Sea-Doos 10 years ago and now I'm helping my brother-in-law out with his 05 Ultra 150 because he ran over the carpeting on the trailer bunks and it wrapped around the driveline bad (all 5 feet or so of it). I was able to remove it but i'm not sure if there is any other damage. I've attatched 2 pictures of were the driveline exits the hull and it seems to me like there is something missing. If anyone who has more experience with the pump area can comment I'd really appreciate it. The ski has 55 hours on it, is it time do do any maintence while I'm this far into it?

Also the grate and ride plate bolts had some type of green sealent on them, is this just standard lock-tite or something else? Thanks
