Default 2003 kawasaki sxr possible seal leak????

i have a 2003 kawasaki sxr 800 i recently pulled the plug on the stator casing and the bottom of the plug was a bit dirty with sticky oil like resdeu is this a possible indication of a crank seal leak??? should i be worried it seems to still run fine

soo i did the test its deffintly leaking a bit so i pulled the motor and the case on the stator side of the engine.. but stop there because i didnt wanna pull the flywheel without knowing if im gonna mess the timing up i see a mark on the flywheel should that be lining up with something, when the stator side cylinder is at tdc ??

stator is under flywheel
you will not mess timing up until u pull the stator

so i can put the fly wheel back on in any position? the stator was mounted to the case i removed...
