Question carburator needle & seat stuck - need a fix

I am working on a 1996 Kawasaki 900 ZXI. And I need information about how to fix a needle and seat sticking problem. I completely overhauled all 3 carbs and the new needles are sticking in the closed position after sitting overnight. I don't know if the brass seats are replaceable or not, they do not come in the kits. Was wondering if a aftermarket set would work or if you have to replace the plate assembly. Thanks ahead of time.

Cool Found the fix

Needle seats would stick closed shut overnight

(FIX) Use a small angle tipped Dremmel tool to burnish the needle seat and then clean the seat and blow dry.
