Exclamation need info, swamped sx550

last summer it died in the middle of the lake and i was pulling it back and it caught a wave and went under, soon as i got it back to land i turned it over and let it drain(didnt pull the spark plugs), about a hour later i tryed cranking it and nothing happend starter wouldnt even click. So i took it to the shop and they said it was water lock and needed a started so i just took it home cause i didnt have the money for it then. well yesterday i took the motor out of it and pulled the starter and tested it and the starter works fine and the motor will turn easily, but when i took the exhaust off there was milky oil runin out, so i pullled the head and the cylinder and piston look good as new no rust anywhere, but there was milky oil all inside the motor. Is that how its susposed to be or do i need to break the motor down, clean it, and replace all the o-rings and gaskets?

Milky oil means you got water in your oil so replace all of the gaskets, and and maybe replace any warn out looking parts since you will have the motor torn down that far.
