Default Kawasaki 750 SS 1992

I have a Kawasaki 750 SS 1992. It starts up. Has spark on both plugs. Has Gas. Has Oil... Runs, but never gets any power. With throttle at full, it is moving at 1/20 the speed. Any ideas? New gas. Checked spark visually only. Has compression. Help...

How much Compression? should be between 165lbs to 185lbs per cyclinder. Sea Foam the gas to help clear carbs out of old gas and varnish, see if that helps, kinda sounds like its a problem with the carbs if you have everything else working ok. Sea Foam really works great, just ad to gas one can per 10 gallons, use in car and lawn mower also, and great in weed eaters. You can also look at your reed valves too could be chipped or broken?
Good luck hope it helps.

Do you get full rpms but no movement? Reed valves could be bad but you usually get backfiring also. Sea-foam good, try it. Might have sticky inlet needles in the carbs. You would just bog down instead of launching out then.
