First time out it ran great for a couple minutes, then would only idle. Temp light flashed and I noticed not water pumping out at all. Blew through the tubes on both ends and doesn't appear to have any clogs. Where do I start??? Any suggestions.

Check the route the water takes through the motor and exhaust and see if there is any debree in there at all.

I checked all the tubes everything is clear. Air flows through with ease, any other suggestions?

Don't check it with air, check it with water such as a garden hose while you engine is running. If the water doesn't come out of your exhaust, pee hole on the side and jet nozzle, then you have a blockage somewhere.

I did that already and water was flowing fine out the side port and the rear discharge. I hope what ever was in there is now out. But I won't know till I drop it in the water. Thanks for the help...let you know how it goes.
