Question How do i check the crankcase oil level

I'm a newbie and have a Kawi 550 SX and 300 standup jet ski. can someone tell me how to check the oil level in the crank case? what type of oil should i use?

If I am not mistaken that motor is a 2 stroke motor. There is no crank case oil. Oil is fed to the engine via the fuel supply. It can either be oil injection or pre-mixed. See your owners manual.

You don't check the crankcase oil because there is nothing to check.

The 300 SX has a dipstick on the bottom of the cap on the front cover. Not sure about the 550. As far as I knew there wasn't oil in them. Yes, 4-stroke oil.
