Default Winterizing and storing jetski - newbie

Its getting pretty cold at night here in illinois and I maybe only weeks away from winterizing and storing my 96 kawasaki sts 750 jetski for the winter. Can anyone tell me all of the things I need to do for winterizing. Also, what type of issues do I face storing it outside (but inside of an unheated barn) for the winter. It will be out of the rain and snow but in the cold weather. Does anyone highly recommend I keep it in a place above freezing like a personal insulated garage?

Read your manual on how to winterize your ride. Almost every ski is different. If you can keep it in a garage that insulated and wont get below 32 you should be fine. If you keep it outside or in a barn you will need to cover it up and seal of any hole exposed so that critters and things dont make a home in there.
