Default New to forum. How do I fog my 1996 Kawasaki 1100 ZXI engine

So I just purchased a 1996 Kawasaki 1100 zxi with a 07 SBT engine. The thing is immaculate! I have been getting used to flushing it and washing it down but I need to know what else to do to keep up with the engine. I want it to be in tip top shape.
I heard about fogging it but can someone go into the detailed process of how to do this. I know the engine will stall out and I want to be sure I know what to do before I fog it.

Also what else should I do after every ride to maintain it.
Im not familliar with the engine compartment yet but I got the service manual. I am eager to learn how to do everything.
Thanks for the help, Im sure I'll learn alot here
