Default 2000 Kawasaki STX1100 oil pump issues?

Hey everyone,
I have just rebuilt two engines and am trying to determine if the oil pumps are working. How significant should the oil flow be?
I have let one run with premix for a minute but dont seem to see any oil coming through the lines. I have bled the pump and oil flows out of the bleeder.

Any suggestions?

Cheers

You can always run pre-mix for a tank or two. The oil reserve should go down about 1/4 or 1/3 for each fill up of gas. The pre-mix plus the oil from the oil pump may foul a spark plug or two, but shouldn't cause too much damage running it like that. It sure beats the alternative of not having enough oil.
