Default JS 440 won't start... single click when start button pushed.

I had my 440 out on the lake today and it was running fine for about 25mins and then the engine wouldn't start. Every time I push my start button, I get a single 'click' sound then nothing. I got it home and I definitely had about an inch of water in my hull... So something got wet and now it won't start. Starter I'm guessing? But I'm new to this stuff so... HELP!!! Please...

You need to replace the stater. I had the same prob. To verify get a cheap volt meter (10$ radio shack)and attach the positive lead to the starter, neg to a ground, and press the start button on the ski. 2 hours to replace the starter.
