Hi,

I'm a newbie with my first jet ski. I have puchased a 1996 750 ZXI. It has the complete CDI/Ignition system missing. I have purchased a complete Ignition system from a 1996 750 SS XI. Two of the plugs coming out of the unit that plug into the main harness are different. can I use this unit on myZXI? (Splice in the wires )

I also have a 96 zxi 750 and am also having trouble with the ignition system. I am starting to think this is a common problem for these skis. Where did you get the replacement? How much did it cost? I'm not sure how long ago you tried this so did you get it to work? Can you give me an update when you find something out?
