I have owned this ski since new and can't remember :when is water supost to come out of the fitting on the out side front of the ski ? and what if it is not coming out when running ? ski had been sitting for 3 years started right up with new gas

Should always come out of that tube........

Check to make sure a bug has not built a nest in it....
